The product is a new type of aerial cable for power transmitting . It is extensively used in overhead power transmission line. It improves the safety and reliance of electrified wire netting . It is primarily used on lighting, outdoor lighting, and temporary service for construction . To be used at voltage of 600V phase-to-phase or less, and the conductor temperatures no exceed 75℃ for polyethylene insulated conductors 90℃ for crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated conductors.
Aerial Bundle Cable (ABC cable) is a very innovative concept for overhead power distribution as compared to the conventional bare conductor overhead distribution system. It provides higher level of safety and reliability, lower power losses and ultimate system economy by reducing installation, maintenance and operative cost. The cables are designed for aerial power lines and room-entrance wires with AC rated voltage 1kV and below.
Application:
Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC cable) has characters of power-transmitting and strong mechanical. In comparison with bare wire, aerial bundled cable (ABC cable) boasts many advantages, such as:small span in laying, higher safe reliability, better atmosphere aging resistence property. Aerial bundled cable has the priority to be used in urban and rural power-transmitting construction project.
Construction:
Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350-H19 aluminum. Insulated with either polyethylene or crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE). Neutral messengers are concentrically stranded 6201, AAC,or ACSR .
